Fresh Seafood Paella Demonstration with Jose the "Paella Guy"

Come up to our Alexander Valley picnic area Saturday and enjoy the amazing creations of the “Paella Guy”.   Made from scratch, his Classic Paella Valencia is prepared with a rich bounty of assorted seafood, boneless chicken and HOUSE MADE chorizo and pork.  Combined with assorted grilled vegetables this rich, flavorful meal should not be missed.

Watch as Jose prepares his specialty dish and simply enjoy the music of Steve Pile, sip HANNA Pinot Noir and soak in the sun!   It’s the perfect way to enjoy a beautiful, clear, warm Sonoma County afternoon.

Counting chickens

  Count these Clusters!  Yes,  I know  these chickens are long from being  hatched . The safety of the barn is still 5 months hence, but given providence and due propitiation it will be another great year for Pinot Noir. I will be looking at the other varieties that emerge from dormancy over the next week.
