A Wee HInt

Yesterday i captured this ephemera,the terminus of which is smack dab in the middle of our Slusser Road Sauvignon blanc vineyard.  A mere coincidence? Or is there a bit of that thing which trades at around 1700 per ounce in our future?

The 2012 Hanna SB is in bottle

Believe it or not we have already finished our first bottling of 2012 Sauvignon blanc. During the big storms starting Nov 29  We sandbagged the winery and then moved the bottling trailer inside and bottled while it poured outside.

With the late harvest it took a huge effort from our production staff to get the wine fermented to dryness, blended and filtered in record time. And the stuff is great to boot!

 


  

HANNA Wine Club "Pick-Up" Party

The sun sets over our Alexander Valley tasting room. Thus ends a fun day of meeting, eating and tasting with our HANNA wine club members. We offered perfect parings of HANNA wines and Cousteaux French Bakery's pastries. Everyone left full and happy.
