Happy Autumn!

To date, we've harvested 170 tons of Sauvignon Blanc, and expect to bring in 170 more. We're busy racking and filtering the three most recent lots today, while the earlier tanks are happily fermenting. Photos: 1. Isaac Hinchliffe measuring the fill level. 2.
