Aromas emerge from the glass in waves of kumquat, pear blossom, pineapple, peach, white pepper and oolong tea. In the mouth is is both concentrated and bright with flavors of honeydew, lemon zest, panna cotta and peach. It finishes with a classic steely minerality.
