2014 HANNA Rose Harvest

Harvest began today, on August 6, 2014! This technique results in both delicious Rose and later- awesome Pinot Noir.



We remove crowded clusters, clusters on short shoots and laggard fruit. Green fruit is left on the ground. The colored fruit contributes finesse to our Rose.



Our Pinot Noir is the penultimate beneficiary of this practice. HANNA customers are the ultimate beneficiary!


  
  
  

Pretty in Pink...or Red or White!

Avoid the restaurant crowds on Mother’s Day.  Pack a lunch and head out to Alexander Valley for an afternoon of wine tasting.   HANNA Winery, along with select participating wineries, will be celebrating the amazing women who have made life possible.  Enjoy a lovely tasting at select wineries and receive a special flower, creating your own unique bouquet.  We are also pairing our wines with local favorite Cousteaux French Bakery!  Enjoy a glass of Rose, Cabernet Sauvignon or Zinfandel with a fresh baked raspberry bar or brownie.

 Particpating wineries include:  Alexander Valley Vineyards, Clos du Bois, Field Stone Winery, Hanna Winery, Hawkes Winery, Medlock Ames, Robert Young Estate Winery, Stryker Sonoma, Trione Winery and White Oak Vineyard & Winery.  ***Hours of operation may vary between each winery.***
