Chardonnay's last day in the Sun

Today is Home Ranch Chardonnay's last day in the Sun. We're expecting a nice, sweet 25 Brix. They are DELICIOUS!!! The nets were just removed, and the grapes will be hand harvested tonight. No worries for our little friend here, he'll have plenty of insects left to eat ;)

Wine Tasting for Mother's Day

Avoid the restaurant crowds on Mother’s Day.  Pack a lunch and head out to Alexander Valley for an afternoon of wine tasting.   HANNA Winery, along with select participating wineries, will be celebrating the amazing women who have made life possible.  Enjoy a lovely tasting at select wineries and receive a special flower, creating your own unique bouquet.

HANNA 2012 Sauvignon Blanc Voted North Bay's “Best of 2013”

Readers of the Bohemian have voted HANNA as having the North Bay’s Best Sauvignon Blanc for 2013. We could not be more pleased!



The 2012 vintage is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, with grapes mostly from our vineyard on Slusser Ranch Road. It was the perfect year for this varietal. The mild spring and warm, dry summer resulted in an abundant harvest. All the fruit was hand-picked and of magnificent quality.



Our Sauvignon Blanc is vibrant straw in color, with just a hint of green. Aromas of guava and pineapple give way to flavors full of Granny Smith, key lime pie and citrus. The finish is lightly crisp and incredibly polished. HANNA Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect wine to share with loved ones or enjoy on a warm afternoon.

The second barrel tasting weekend started beautifully!  We are still selling tickets at the door.  For only $50 get a pass to over a hundred wineries.  This gives you the opportunity to taste  "future" wines, enjoy current varietals or discover a new winery.
